Pluto's unplaneting sent some of us into orbit .
Over at the Scientific American, it moved John Rennie to a kind of wry, philosophical writing that I think is both rare and difficult. He reminded me ever so gently of the necessity of changing our minds from time to time, as the available evidence requires.
Editor in chief there, he modestly calls the piece Sending Science to Pluto.
It is more than worth the trip
