On the heels of a Wall Street rebound, partial nationalization of nine U.S. banks and his opponent's speech on the economy, John McCain is to offer an economic proposal today.
He's calling it "the Pension and Family Security plan," and says it will "help those who are currently hurting the most" from the ongoing economic crisis, "including workers, homeowners, and seniors."
